Identifying beneficiaries for providing welfare benefits 2022
If you are currently receiving Samurthi Allowance, Elders Allowance, Disability Allowance, Kidney Disease Allowance, PAMA, any other monthly allowance other than these or intending to apply for these schemes,
Pursuant to the special notification of the Welfare Benefits Board, the application form related to identification of eligible persons for the payment of welfare benefits under the Welfare Benefits Act No. 24 of 2002 can be downloaded from the official website of the Welfare Benefits Board www.wbb.gov.lk or from this page and duly filled in and submitted to the Development Officers appointed by the Divisional Secretariaton who are visiting the GNOfficer offices onTuesday, Thursday and Friday. And those facing difficulties in obtaining the application forms through the website can obtain the application form from the said officers and get advice regarding filling the form.
Also, you are requested to note that as only limited number of application forms have been provided to the office staff, the application forms will be provided on priority basis.
